Scope of this page
This page describes the features on VPNmeeting.com. It does not describe the separate meeting or VPN services you may use after reading the guides. Those services have their own privacy information and controls.
Reading the site
The site’s pages and articles do not include account registration, data-entry forms, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or camera and microphone access. The navigation, article filters, and motion control operate in the page. This site code does not set cookies or save those choices to local storage.
Hosting requests
Visiting a website requires requests to its hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may process request information such as IP address, requested page, time, and browser details. Retention and operational handling depend on the hosting arrangement; this page does not claim that server logs are absent.
Fonts
Pages may request the Space Grotesk and JetBrains Mono fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests contact Google’s font infrastructure and can include network and browser request information. If the fonts are unavailable, the site uses local fallback fonts. No font file is stored by the site’s own page controls.
Email contact
Selecting an email link opens your configured email application. If you send a message, the receiving mailbox and its email service process the information you choose to include. Do not send credentials, private room links, or sensitive meeting content. Direct privacy questions to [email protected].
Copying and printing
The checklist’s copy button asks the browser to write checklist text to the clipboard after you select it. It does not read your clipboard. The print button opens the browser’s print dialog. Neither action sends meeting information to this site.
