Accessibility.

Accessibility features on VPNmeeting.com: keyboard navigation, responsive layouts, reduced motion, semantic headings, text alternatives, and a printable checklist.

Accessing the guides

The site uses semantic headings, navigation landmarks, descriptive links, and a skip-to-content link. The layout adapts to narrow screens, and article content remains available without JavaScript. Browser zoom can be used to enlarge text and interface elements.

Keyboard navigation

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and controls. Focus indicators identify the active item. The mobile menu can be opened with its button, closed with Escape, and navigated with the keyboard. Common questions use native expandable disclosure controls.

Motion

The decorative network background and ticker strips respect the browser’s reduced-motion preference. The footer also includes a Pause motion control. No essential information depends on animation, and the moving ticker repeats topics available in ordinary links.

Images and reading

Article images have text alternatives and specified dimensions. Their headlines are also available in the surrounding page text. Articles include an in-page contents list and use structured section headings to support navigation.

Checklist formats

The pre-call checklist is available as an HTML page and a downloadable plain-text file. A print stylesheet removes navigation and decorative elements. Clipboard copying is optional; the full checklist remains readable when that feature is unavailable.

Known limits

External reference sites and meeting providers have their own accessibility features and limitations. This page describes the site’s design features and is not a claim of a third-party accessibility certification. Real-device and assistive-technology combinations can produce differences that require review.

Report a barrier

Email [email protected] with the page, the task you were trying to complete, and the browser or assistive technology involved. Include only the information needed to explain the issue. This page was prepared on September 19, 2026.
