01 / CONNECTION

Know the route.

  • Confirm the required VPN client and approved configuration.
  • Ask which meeting traffic is expected to use the tunnel.
  • Check the intended connection before joining.
  • Keep an approved recovery plan; do not improvise security exceptions.
02 / BROWSER & DEVICES

Test your setup.

  • Open the supported browser in the intended account profile.
  • Review microphone and camera permissions for the correct site.
  • Test a full spoken sentence through the selected audio devices.
  • Rehearse the presentation with another participant.
03 / PEOPLE & ACCESS

Choose the room.

  • Confirm the intended audience and guest requirements.
  • Assign a host and a backup where needed.
  • Use appropriate admission and sharing controls.
  • Provide a separate contact route for joining problems.
04 / SHARING & FOLLOW-UP

Share with intention.

  • Prepare only the windows and materials the meeting needs.
  • Confirm captions and other required access arrangements.
  • Decide recording, transcription, and assistant permissions beforehand.
  • Finish with decisions, owners, and appropriate access to artifacts.
Keep changes authorized. Use your organization’s approved network and meeting setup. If a required condition is unavailable, pause sensitive discussion and follow the recovery plan.

This checklist does not run a connection test, collect device data, or request camera access. The copy action uses your browser’s clipboard permission; printing uses its print dialog.
